EVE LASHES OUT ! "If It Wasn't For [Lil] Kim, [Nicki Minaj] Wouldn't Be Here & That Sh*t Is Real

Philadelphia rapper Eve recently offered her take on the past war of words between Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj, admitting the Queen Bee paved a lane for her to follow.
At the end of the day, Eve believes Kim simply wants some respect from Nicki.
"It's not about publicity. It's about wanting that respect," Eve said in an interview. "I think maybe that's where Kim is coming from, like, you're doing your thing right now and no one can take that away from you, Nicki--we all see it--but at the end of the day, if it wasn't for Kim, she wouldn't be here and that sh*t is real." Thanks EVE and thats some official shit.

This bitch is trash and she always will be. by twerk

Realnigga.
I hate artist who blur the verse between rap and rock or even techno. The more mainstream they get with there single the more exceptable their shitty rap gets. Artists like Tricki are pushing hip hop into a black corner...

Old School Rap Vs New School Rap You Decide ?

I'm from the late 80's so I would think that old school hip hop is much better than new school. I base this from the new school hip hop artists are influenced from the old school artists. In addition the new school sample alot from old school hip hop. Therefor if it wasn't for old school the new school wouldn't exist today.

Also many of todays artists now are selling much more records than artists from the 80's. That could be the new school advocates argument. But the new school artists nowadays have more technology available to them to get there music marketed world wide.

Old School rappers only had the radio and  MTV Raps to get there music played. And they were pioneers because in addition to fighting to get their music heard they had to fight society and critics as well because it was seen as a negative / militant force in the neighborhood. I say turn on the radio and then decide .
